The photo will be used to advertise the speaker on the conference website and we will only display a picture with consent from the data subject.

We may collect and process Personal Data that you provide to us for the purpose of onboarding you as a sponsor. This data may include:

ii. your name;
iii. your company; and
iv. job position
This data is collected and processed for the purposes of evaluating and involving you as a sponsor. Furthermore, this data is collected in order to communicate with the sponsor.
The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary to fulfil a contract with you.
The talks will be livestreamed during the conference.
